LoopClub is a platform for discovering, organising and sharing in-person plans with other members of the community. The service is operated by [LEGAL NAME OR REGISTERED NAME OF THE OPERATOR], with its registered address at [FULL LEGAL ADDRESS], tax identification [TAX IDENTIFICATION] and, where applicable, registry details [REGISTRY DETAILS]. You can contact us through loopclub.app/contact or at hello@loopclub.app.
Acceptance of the terms
These terms govern your use of the LoopClub app, website and features. By creating an account and accepting the terms during sign-up, you confirm that you have read them and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use the features that require that acceptance.
The Privacy policy explains separately how we process your personal data. Accepting these terms is not the same as giving general consent to any use of your data, to receive advertising or to biometric processing.
Some features or activities may include specific conditions, which will be shown to you before you use them. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest will remain applicable to the extent permitted by law.
Who can use LoopClub
LoopClub is intended for women aged 18 or over who want to meet other women and take part in in-person plans. To create an account you must be of legal age, provide truthful information and have the capacity to accept these terms under applicable law.
You must use the service in your own name. You may not create an account to impersonate another person, to get around a suspension, or to access the service with someone else's data or documents. The availability of the service and of certain features may vary by territory and by verification requirements.
The specific membership criteria and how they are checked are described in [LINK TO OR DESCRIPTION OF THE APPROVED ACCESS CRITERIA]. If a check does not correctly reflect your situation, you can contact us to ask for a review. An automated check, or the sex marker on a document, must not be presented as a definition of a person's identity.
Account and verification
You must keep your account details up to date and protect your credentials. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your account. If you suspect someone has accessed your account without your authorisation, contact us as soon as possible.
Confirming your email address and verifying your identity are separate processes. Some features, such as organising or joining certain plans, may require identity verification carried out through Didit. Before that process starts, you will be told which data is needed and on what terms it will be processed.
The verified-profile badge indicates that the check configured for the service has been completed. It is not a guarantee of a member's conduct, intentions or safety, nor does it vouch for her background or professional qualifications.
We may ask you to repeat a check when it expires or when there are justified issues. If there is an error, you can use the contact channel to request a review.
Community guidelines
Treat other members with respect, both in the app and at meetups. Harassment, threats, violence, discriminatory conduct, hate messages, unsolicited sexual content, scams and posting other people's private information without permission are not allowed.
Do not use the platform to impersonate others, send spam, promote illegal activities, scrape other members' data or get around their blocking decisions. Usernames and display names may not include prohibited content or pose as LoopClub, its team or other protected identities. Automated checks can make mistakes; you can contact us if you believe a rejection is wrong.
You can report conduct or block an account using the features available. If you share active plans with that person, the app may ask you to resolve that relationship first, by leaving the plan or removing her from one you organise. Plans that have already started may be subject to temporary restrictions. This does not limit your right to physically leave a meetup or to seek help. In case of immediate danger, contact the emergency services in your area.
Plans and meetups
The information for each plan must accurately describe the activity, place, date, time and available spots. The organiser must communicate relevant changes and must not offer activities for which she lacks the permits or authorisation where these are required.
When you join a plan, your display name and the relevant profile information may be visible to the other participants. You can also access the plan's chat. If you cannot attend, cancel your participation using the options available, respecting any restrictions shown in the app.
The organiser can remove participants before the plan starts. A removed participant loses access to the chat and cannot rejoin that same plan. If the organiser gives a private reason, it is not shown to the removed participant. She can also change or cancel the plan; changes in availability are reflected in the app.
Unless it is expressly stated that LoopClub organises a specific activity, plans are created by members. Venue costs, food and drink, travel or other external services are not included simply because you sign up. If a payment feature is offered, its prices and conditions must be shown before you purchase it. Nothing on this page replaces the rights you have against whoever actually provides a service.
Member content
You keep the rights you hold over the photos, descriptions, messages and other content you post. You should only share material that is your own or that you are authorised to use, and you must respect the image, privacy and rights of other people.
By posting content, you authorise LoopClub to host, store, reproduce and display it only to the extent necessary to provide the service, manage security and meet legal obligations. This authorisation is non-exclusive and does not transfer ownership of the content to us or allow its use in advertising campaigns beyond those purposes.
We may reject or remove content that breaches these rules or the law. Deleting an account or content is governed by the features available and by the Privacy policy. Copies that other people have made outside the platform are not under our control. If you believe content infringes your rights, tell us through the contact channel, identifying the material and the reason for your complaint.
Suspension and removal
We may limit features, remove content or suspend an account where there are signs of fraud, breaches of these terms, risks to other members or a legal obligation. Measures must be proportionate to the seriousness of the situation. In urgent cases it may be necessary to act before receiving your explanations.
Where possible, and where it does not harm an investigation, another person's safety or a legal obligation, we will tell you the reason and how to request a review. You may not create another account to avoid a suspension.
You can request deletion of your account from Settings. Logging out does not delete the account. Before requesting deletion, review the plans you take part in or organise, because deletion may affect their availability and your communications. The Privacy policy explains which data is deleted and which information may be kept in a limited way.
Limitation of liability
LoopClub facilitates contact and coordination between members. It cannot guarantee that a plan will take place, that its information will always be accurate or that a participant will act in a particular way. Consider the conditions of the activity, the place and your own circumstances before attending. For first meetups, choose public places and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.
The availability of the service may be affected by maintenance, technical incidents or provider failures. External sites, maps and services have their own terms, which you should read when you use them.
These limitations do not exclude our liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded, nor do they affect your non-waivable rights as a consumer. They are not an advance waiver of the right to claim for damage caused by unlawful, wilful or negligent conduct by LoopClub. Liability will be determined under the applicable law and the circumstances of each case.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements or security measures. We will publish the new version and state its update date.
When a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will tell you with the notice that applies and ask for your acceptance again if needed. The new version will not apply retroactively to obligations already assumed in a way that is incompatible with the law.
If you do not want to accept a change that requires your acceptance, you can stop using the affected features and request deletion of your account. A change to these terms does not, on its own, authorise new data processing that requires separate consent.
Governing law
For the service aimed at members in Argentina, these terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, including the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation and, where applicable, Consumer Protection Law 24,240. This choice does not exclude mandatory rules or non-waivable rights that apply to the relationship.
If a dispute arises, you can contact us first through loopclub.app/contact or at hello@loopclub.app. This contact is not a requirement for exercising your rights and does not by itself suspend the legal time limits for making a claim.
You can go to the consumer protection authorities and to the competent courts under the applicable law. In consumer contracts concluded at a distance or by electronic means, the rule in article 1109 of the Civil and Commercial Code on the place where the performance is received and the competent jurisdiction is respected. These terms do not impose an exclusive court, a waiver of the right to claim or mandatory arbitration.
